For workspaces you will only be able to create the amount specified under your current plan. For feedback submissions we will continue to collect feedback past your limit but you will only be able to see the first 20 under the Free plan, 300 under the Basic plan and 10,000 under the Pro plan. You will not be charged for exceeding your limit but will need to upgrade to access more.
Yes — each workspace corresponds to one widget installation. You can create multiple workspaces (up to your plan limit) to collect feedback from different sites or pages independently.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from the Account → Manage subscription page, which takes you to the Stripe customer portal. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
