Suggested tickets

Every submission is automatically classified. When feedback is classified as a Bug, Defect, or Issue, talksprout checks it against the problems already waiting for review in that workspace. A new problem starts a new draft ticket, a report that matches an existing one is added to it as more evidence instead of creating a duplicate.

Nothing is created in your tracker until you approve a draft. Suggested tickets are a review queue, not an automatic write to Linear, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.

What's in a draft

  1. 1

    A summary

A title and description generated from the AI analysis of the submission that started the draft: what the problem is, its likely impact, and any investigation notes worth starting from.

  2. 2

    A priority

Low, Medium, High, or Urgent. Priority is based on how many matching reports a draft has, not on how the wording sounds, a single report starts modest and only escalates as more people report the same underlying problem.

  3. 3

    Evidence

Every submission linked to the draft, shown as direct quotes, so you can see exactly what was reported and how often before deciding whether it's worth a ticket.

Reviewing drafts

Open a workspace and click the Triage tab. Each draft can be expanded to read the full summary and evidence, edited if the title or description needs adjusting, then:

  • Approve creates the real ticket in your connected integration and optionally archives the submissions it was based on.
  • Reject dismisses the draft. It won't reappear the moment one more person mentions the same thing, but if it genuinely keeps coming up it will resurface once enough new matching reports have come in.

New drafts show up automatically as matching feedback comes in, there's nothing to trigger manually.

Requirements

Suggested tickets needs a connected integration (Linear, GitHub, or Azure DevOps), there's nowhere to send an approved ticket otherwise, and is available on the Basic and Pro plans.
